In short
- Fastmoviez is a catalog and discovery interface. It does not host, store, upload, or transmit any movie, series, or other video file.
- All playback is supplied by third-party services that Fastmoviez does not own, operate, or control.
- You are solely responsible for how you use this site and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
- Fastmoviez does not verify that any title is licensed, legal, or available in your country, and does not endorse any stream.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastmoviez is not liable for your conduct, for third-party content, or for any loss arising from use of the site.
This Policy is provided in English and the English version is the authoritative one. Where a translation is shown elsewhere on the site, the English text governs in case of any conflict.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using Fastmoviez (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.
2. What Fastmoviez Is — and Is Not
Fastmoviez provides a searchable catalog of titles, artwork, and descriptive metadata, together with an interface that can hand a title identifier to a third-party player. Nothing more.
Fastmoviez does not host, store, upload, cache, stream, mirror, or transmit any film, television episode, or other audiovisual work. There is no media library on our systems. We do not provide, sell, rent, or distribute copies of any work, and we do not operate the servers that deliver playback.
Any resemblance between the catalog and what a third-party player may or may not return is incidental. A catalog entry is a reference, not an offer, a license, or a promise of availability.
3. Third-Party Players, Sources, and Content
Playback, if it happens at all, is provided entirely by independent third parties (for example embedded player services and video platforms). Those services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or controlled by Fastmoviez.
We do not select, review, curate, upload, or moderate the content those third parties make available, and we have no ability to remove content from them. Their availability, quality, legality, safety, and accuracy are determined solely by them.
Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy practices. You access third-party services entirely at your own risk, and Fastmoviez accepts no responsibility for them.
4. No Verification of Rights or Availability
Fastmoviez does not verify, and expressly disclaims any representation, that any title is licensed for distribution in any territory, that any stream is authorized, that any rights holder has consented, or that playback is lawful where you are located.
Metadata and artwork may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Identifiers may resolve to something different from, or unrelated to, the title you intended. We do not warrant any result.
5. Your Responsibility and Lawful Use
You are solely and exclusively responsible for your own conduct and for everything you do through or in connection with the Service.
You are responsible for knowing and obeying the laws that apply to you, including copyright and intellectual-property law, and for determining whether you are entitled to access any particular title in your jurisdiction. If you are not entitled to access a work, do not use the Service to attempt to access it.
You agree not to use the Service to infringe any right, to circumvent any technological protection measure, or to obtain any work you are not lawfully permitted to obtain.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate, encourage, or assist anyone else’s unlawful purpose;
- download, capture, reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any work obtained through a third-party player;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, watermark, or rights-management information;
- attempt to bypass any access control, paywall, region restriction, or technological protection measure;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract the Service or its metadata, or resell access to it;
- introduce malware, overload the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfere with its operation;
- misrepresent your identity, your age, or your affiliation with any person or organization;
- use the Service if you are under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, or if you have previously been removed for a violation.
7. Copyright and Takedown Requests
Fastmoviez respects intellectual-property rights and will act on properly formed takedown notices. Because we do not host or transmit any work, we cannot remove content from third-party services; where a takedown notice identifies catalog metadata under our control, we will review it and remove or amend that metadata where appropriate.
A notice should identify the work, the specific material you say infringes it, evidence of your right to act, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We may forward notices to the relevant third party and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Knowingly filing a materially false notice may expose the sender to liability.
8. No Legal or Professional Advice
Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing here creates a lawyer-client relationship. Content descriptions are editorial metadata only.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, that defects will be corrected, or that any title, stream, or third-party service will be available, lawful, or work as expected.
You use the Service at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data, or other harm that results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fastmoviez, its owners, operators, contributors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Service, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) twenty US dollars (US$20).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Where a limitation is unenforceable, it applies to the fullest extent that remains permitted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fastmoviez and its owners, operators, contributors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claim, demand, action, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service; your violation of this Policy; your violation of any law or third-party right, including intellectual-property rights; or any content or conduct you introduce to the Service.
We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate. You may not settle any such matter in a way that imposes an obligation on us without our written consent.
12. Accounts, Access Codes, and Payments
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any access code confidential, and for all activity under them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid access is offered on a manual-renewal basis: it does not renew automatically, and it expires at the end of the purchased period unless you purchase again. Access begins only after payment is confirmed on-chain.
Because the Service supplies no media and cannot control third-party players, payment is for the interface and catalog access only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, payments are final and non-refundable, including where a third-party player is unavailable, changes, or returns an unexpected result. Do not purchase if you expect guaranteed playback of any specific title.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached this Policy, created risk or legal exposure, or for any operational reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities.
14. Age and Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any higher minimum age required to access the material you seek. If you are below that age, you may not use the Service. Some catalog entries reference mature themes; it is your responsibility to decide what is appropriate for you and anyone in your household.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Policy. It is your responsibility to review it periodically.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
This Policy is governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes individually — not as part of any class or representative action — and to attempt good-faith resolution before starting proceedings.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief where local law grants a non-waivable right.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force. This Policy, together with any other terms we publish, is the entire agreement between you and us on this subject and supersedes prior understandings.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under this Policy without our written consent; we may assign ours freely.
18. Contact
Questions about this Policy, or notices under Section 7, should be sent through the support channel published on the site. Include enough detail for us to identify the matter and respond.
